Our mission is to become a leading supplier of portfolio, programme and project management software in the UK.

Our key objective is for Aspyre to become the de facto choice for NHS organisations when they are looking to procure a system of this type.

Established in 2005, Mosaique Limited was initially created to provide programme and project management consultancy services.

Claire Cassidy, founder, CEO and Product Development Director of Mosaique Limited, has spent over 30 years in the IT and software industry. In 2000, she became one of the first people in the UK to become a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Advanced Practitioner which she has since applied her knowledge on many large-scale programmes. Claire provided consultancy on the NHS Integrated Service Improvement programme and benefits management expertise on the National Programme for IT. It was as a result of working on these large-scale programmes that she identified a gap in the market for a fully integrated portfolio, programme and project management product. Although a few similar applications existed at the time, none of them worked in the way that the NHS worked, and none of those offered true ‘programme management’ nor did they provide a view of the ‘big picture’, so she set about getting Aspyre developed.
The system was piloted by a local NHS organisation and our relationship with the NHS has gone from strength to strength over the last 15 years – we now have over 50 NHS organisations using the system along with NHS England, the organisation that leads the entire National Health Service. They are using Aspyre to manage the delivery of their £2.5billion portfolio of National Programmes and we can only see the usage of the system increasing in the future.
The functionality available in Aspyre has continued to grow so that it is now the most comprehensive tool of this type on the market. However, we understand that some clients may want to start with reduced functionality to begin with, so the system has been developed to be modular, allowing screens to be turned on and off as required.
