Our claim to fame was running a service that customers could rely on. The upsizing of large and franchizing service for which lead to servicemen with a salesman twist with a commmision. This in many cases vaused the customer to tell the service to leave because of outragious pricing scheduals. Monahans Plumbing also effected by the rise in costs was able to keep our service running without overchaging for plumbing
services. We are interested in keeping our customers satisfied by creating a personal relationship which is meaningful and lasting. In this way we have gradual increase in costs which is coupled with a certain trust with no
suprises. Our abilty to keep our customers satisfied has helped us increase our share of the local markets as well
as keeping our customers in the know about our plumbing services.
