Who we are?
• We source our qualified dairy ingredients from recognized suppliers and carefully manufacture Ghee by boiling Milk Fat to remove the water content and milk solids, leaving behind pure butterfat. Milkio Ghee is all-natural and has a rich, nutty flavor and a high smoke point, making it suitable for various cooking methods and cuisines. Milkio offers Conventional Grass-Fed Ghee, Organic Grass-Fed Ghee, and Grass-fed Sheep Ghee.
• We assure the highest product quality and food safety! Milkio’s facility is HACCP-based RMP (by MPI, NZ) & SQF, Halal, Kosher, and USFDA certified. Milkio Organic Ghee is Non-GMO and organic Certified by BioGro NZ Ltd (USDA organic). Milkio Grass-Fed and Organic Ghee are now Non-GMO Project Verified, Halal, and Kosher certified.
• We have a manufacturing facility in New Zealand and a virtual office & warehouse in the USA. Our economic growth in the past 6 years was a prerequisite for increasing productive employment at Milkio. Milkio has 15-20 onsite employees working on manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing and 10 offsite employees managing e-commerce, SEO, global marketing, and document control.
• We are doing a sustainable business. Milkio Ghee products are sold through e-commerce sites, supermarkets, retail chains, and food services under its own and private label brands across 22 countries, fulfilling our customer’s changing requirements with the highest food standards.

Milkio Ghee is the clarified butter produced by boiling grass-fed cow’s milk fat until almost all moisture evaporates and milk solids separate, leaving the pure butterfat on the top.
