Over time the site became larger and more and more people started expressing interest in buying property in Mexico.

Specifically vacation properties, mostly on the beach but soon people became interested in buying Airbnb properties to rent out while they were not there on vacation. Soon I was assisting many people on what to buy but also the best places to buy rental properties in Mexico.

With more and more people visiting and vacationing in Mexico they became aware of the investment potential with Mexico being a neighbor to USA. So people started asking about investing in farmland, hostels, hotels, and small business.

Now that I had experience in different areas of Mexico, more and more people were contacting me about advice on various things related to Mexico. Buying real estate, immigration consulting, where to buy cheap airline tickets, the best places to take a vacation, what Mexican food tasted best? what the weather was like? and so on and so on and I grew into what Mexico Newsletter is today.
