Hey there, I’m Julie and I’m the wife of an alcoholic.

I married a good man who fell victim to addiction, just like you probably did. And even though my husband has been sober for a few years now, I still remember the hurt, anger, panic, and despair that his drinking caused like it was yesterday. It was the hardest time of my life.

I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH THROUGH THIS JOURNEY

There are SO many things that I learned while walking this road with my husband, and while going through both his recovery and my own. I know it feels so desperate to be where you are right now, but I want you to know that there IS something you can do….actually several things you can do….to get out from under these feelings of despair and moving in a much better direction, for both you AND your husband.

I am now a Recovery Mentor for wives of alcoholics.

I teach what I’ve learned through my podcast (the Married to Addiction podcast) my coaching group (the Secret Sisters Circle), and my online program.

My goal is to equip you with the tools and strength you need to navigate your husband’s addiction without losing yourself in the process.
