At Lux Nova, it is our fundamental belief that in order to create transformation in our lives, we must dive into the depths of our souls. That when we observe, honor, and acknowledge all parts of our being including the traumas, the unhealthy patterns, and the unconscious conditioned belief systems, we create healing. Illuminating the dark within, transmutes, transforms, and heals our deepest wounds.

We have curated both in-person and virtual offerings that are tailored to helping you connect with yourself. We honor you on your journey towards healing by customizing our mentorship guidance for you to find peace within. We offer individual and group virtual or in-person psychospiritual mentorship sessions, psychic and mediumship guidance, energetic and intuitive healing, and customized wellness plans to help you connect and discover the light within.

The mentors mission is to guide you towards the connection you already have within yourself. They provide support in a broad range of areas including but not limited to, career, relationships, life path development, body image, self-esteem and confidence levels, anxious and depressive tendencies, childhood programming and emotional blockages, and inner child healing. Together, you evaluate the ways in which you’re currently relating to your mind, body, and spirit, and bring light to the parts of you that are preventing you from experiencing the fullest expression of yourself. They combine the psychological components of self-discovery tools with the spiritual philosophy principles of meditation, energy healing, yoga to create a wellness plan. Mentors help you find practices to incorporate into your every day life that’ll support your self-development and overall wellness needs.

Our philosophy is always that the individual knows what is best for them to succeed; Mentors simply guide the individual towards their highest self. Mentors incorporate a broad range of foundational mind-body-spirit tools including but not limited too, yoga, meditation, Reiki, intuitive & energetic guidance, self-development ceremonies & journaling in order to transform the individual’s life. Mentors role is to offer you a space and plan to heal at the deepest level. All our mentors are actively doing the work on their healing journey and have applied these tools in their own life. Mentors dive deep into their dark parts and shed light to create healing and self-awareness.

About the co-creator, Dr. Kimberly Carnall:
I was trained as a traditional doctor of clinical psychology, I continually found that talk therapy and psychology alone, were at best keeping my clients from healing at the root and the worst keeping people stuck in their trauma. It has always been my goal to incorporate a broad range of healing modalities because I have found that psychology alone does not capture the fullness of my passion for healing. Since having this awareness, I have branched out in a way that encompasses the energetic aspects of the individual. I began integrating an array of Eastern practices within my own healing journey and found significant improvements in my overall wellbeing, I began living a joyful and peaceful life. I wanted true healing for my clients and so I began studying meditation, yoga, energetic healing, and took certificate courses in an array of Eastern modalities. It has been a life-long goal of mine to integrate psychology and spirituality into a modality that truly heals. After receiving my yoga teacher training (200RYT), energetic and intuitive training Reiki Master Teacher, and Japanese Tea Ceremony, I combined the psychological self-awareness skills with the energetic and spiritual tools to facilitate healing and growth. Thus, how psychospiritual mentorship came about.

For me, psychospiritual mentorship is the embodiment of self-awareness and insight-based work utilized in psychology, coupled with energetic and spiritual healing tools, in which the individual and I collaborate by developing a wellness framework that will be utilized during their journey towards their highest growth and development.

As an integrative-holistic mentor, I view wellness from a whole person lens, where I tailor healing to fit all aspects of your being. I believe in the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit as being the foundation to overall wellness. Healing is a holistic and collaborative journey, in which all humans have the ability to be the highest versions of themselves. As your guide, I believe that you have all the answers within you and I find it an honor to have the opportunity to walk with you on your journey towards deeper growth and healing. It is my goal then, to empower you to find wholeness and healing within yourself. Therefore, my goal is to utilize a broad range of psychospiritual practices within the mentor relationship so that the individual is able to be fully present in their life.
