Love You Cookie

Love You Cookie makes the most delicious handmade, gourmet cookies you’ll every have. We use simple ingredients (and lots of love) to spread hope and awaken the defiant optimist in everyone. In just a year and half, we’ve expanded to over 35 retail locations including co-ops, coffee shops, grocery stores, sporting stadiums, and restaurants. But beyond making really indulgent cookies, we partner with local companies and non-profits to provide free or reduced cost mental health and wellness services, especially to BIPOC in our community. Our mission is to spread “defiant optimism, and do so deliciously.

Love You Cookie was founded in 2020 during the pandemic by husband and wife team-Sarah and Sahr Brima. Sarah, a speech therapist, wanted to spark hope and joy back into her husband, a lawyer who was battling depression in the aftermath of George Floyd’s murder minutes from their home. Sarah spent weeks in the kitchen and cracked the code to the perfect cookie. After tasting it, Sahr decided it was worth sharing with their community as a way to say “there is hope; we’re in this together; we love you.” And Love You Cookie was born.
