We repair almost all your large kitchen appliances in your home. We are a Samsung authorised Service Centre and we are also Smeg authorised warranty repair agents, meaning our engineers can attend to your issue both in and out of warranty and we have the full technical backup of the manufacturers and full access to spare parts to achieve a quick and painless repair process for you.
We don’t just offer our services to private customers though, we also provide our services to Landlords and Letting Agents, who get secure access to our proprietary inhouse client login system, allowing them to check the status of a job at any time, day or night. We don’t ask landlords to sit in the middle of communications with tenants, instead we let them get on with their day while we deal directly with tenants, arranging everything and at every stage of the process, updates are available to the landlord as needed.
We are a repair only company, we do not supply new or reconditioned appliances. This means our vans can carry thousands more spare parts as we have no space taken up by new appliances, offering a much higher chance to repair on-site. Some companies also make more money from the sale of a new appliance and will actively promote that even though it is not in your best interests, whereas you can be assured our advice is based on what is best for you.
We are a climate friendly company. For every customer signing up on our website, we plant a tree, which helps us to do our bit to create a sustainable future for the generations to come. We also separately offset carbon generated by our employees. To date, we have planted over 8500 trees and separately offset nearly 150 tonnes of carbon.
