Long Law Office, PLLC

At Rutgers, I served as the managing editor of the school’s law review, the Rutgers Law Journal. I have been representing clients in Idaho since 2005.

My primary focus is on DUI defense, but I’ve litigated and won against major corporations in federal court against large law firms. At the end of the day, I believe it’s my job to help my clients find the best solutions to their difficult legal situations and to help guide them to the light at the end of the tunnel. Whether that involves fighting for their rights at trial or making the best of a bad situation and negotiating the best possible deal, I take my job seriously and work hard to give each of my clients the best legal representation possible.

One of the things that sets me apart is that I won’t tell potential clients what I think they want to hear in order to get their business. I’ll tell them the truth. If it’s sunshine and rainbows, great. If not, I’ll tell them the cold hard truth. Being candid with potential clients makes for a better working relationship. That seems like a simple enough concept, but it’s not an infrequent occurrence to see a client yelling at his or her attorney about all the promises he made that didn’t pan out.
