Littlelifesteps

After working for the NHS for 14 years, supporting families and delivering health promotion workshops to schools, I started my company, littlelifesteps, in 2017 to directly help struggling parents to overcome the hurdles many families encounter.
My ultimate goal is to create a world where more families are supported, heard and understood, allowing them to thrive in their daily lives. I understand that parenting can be challenging and that every family is unique. That’s why I strive to provide support and guidance through all my many services which are often interlinked.
With over 38 years of invaluable experience in working with families and children, I bring a wealth of insights and expertise to empower parents on their parenting journey. I use practical, evidence-based strategies and techniques in my sessions, providing parents with the most current and effective resources.
Whether parents are struggling with Behaviour, Sleep, toileting or fussy eating, I guide parents every step of the way with one-to-one customised consultations, my online potty-training course, my 4 week behaviour course and my mealtime success course. I have also successfully helped lots of parents with challenges such as night time wetting, bottom wiping and biting behaviours.
Once a year I run a super school ready 2-week masterclass, for parents with children starting school.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach to transforming family dynamics. I don’t just focus on the problem; I delve deeper into understanding the bigger picture. By choosing the right strategies around a child’s unique needs and challenges, I work hand in hand to create long lasting solutions that lead to positive family relationships and an overall happier home environment.
My toolbox is filled with time-tested tips and tricks that have proven effective time and time again. I use connection and play to help parents understand their child’s struggles more. But I don’t stop there – my dedication to parent’s success goes beyond my sessions. I believe in providing exceptional aftercare support, recognizing that a little extra guidance can make all the difference in implementing the changes effectively. I email helpful information to my subscribers weekly and send a monthly newsletter full of parenting tips.
I write regular blogs and have been featured as a parenting expert in online press articles for major national newspapers.
Last but not least I value children, as they are amazing little humans. Their unique personalities and how important it is we work with them to help their development. I understand that parenting is not just about raising perfect children, but about helping children grow into their best selves.
