All Lifted Naturals products are made at our GMP certified facility here in the United States and we routinely do third party testing to ensure our products are of the highest quality. I (Sylvia Hall) started Lifted Naturals when I was struggling to feel like myself after the birth of my second child. I went looking for natural solutions to feel better and found out there are many simple ways to support our mind, body and spirit! I vowed: if I could find relief, I would share my findings with the world! Lifted Naturals is the result of those findings!
One of my key findings was about the importance of the gut-brain connection and the power of probiotics for mood support. I learned that mood issues are not all in our heads, but could very likely be tied to our gut. And that we could support our gut-brain connection through very specific strains of probiotics.
When it comes to our mood probiotic supplements, we have four different formulations. Because what works for one person, does not always work for the next. Each strain selected for our formulas has been shown to support the gut-brain connection: aka, the two way communication between the gut and the brain.
Mood Boosting Probiotic is our top seller, and is the formula we recommend the most. However, if you are histamine sensitive, we have three other options for our customers: Bifidus Mood Boost, which is also a probiotic and prebiotic. And we also have Mood Super Strains, which features L Rhamnosus GG, plus give other types of bifidobacteria. Lastly, we have SBO Mood Boost, which is our spore-based probiotic formula, which is really potent for trickier digestive and mood issues.
Another key product in our lineup is Magnesium Complex. Our Magnesium complex supplement features three very specific types of magnesium that are easier on digestion and more readily absorbed by our bodies. Magnesium is a key mineral for natural health, mood, energy, and even sleep!
Speaking of sleep, we are also known for our Micro Melatonin supplement here at Lifted Naturals. Our low dose melatonin supplement features JUST 100 mcg of melatonin per capsule. Some customers prefer to take just one capsule about an hour or so before bedtime, while others have determined two or three capsules to be their perfect dose.
