I will also handle all the paperwork, communication, and coordination with the buyer’s agent, lender, appraiser, inspector, and title company.

I will also provide you with a comprehensive market analysis, a home evaluation, and tips on how to prepare your home for sale.

3. How Agents Are Paid

Real estate agents are paid in different ways, depending on the agreement between the parties involved. Here are some common scenarios:

– The seller pays only the listing agent’s fee, and the buyer pays the buyer agent’s fee. This means that each party is responsible for paying their own agent for their services.
– The seller pays the listing agent’s fee and offers an incentive fee to the buyer’s agent. This means that the seller is willing to pay extra to the buyer’s agent for bringing a qualified buyer to the deal.
– The seller pays both the listing agent’s fee and the buyer agent’s fee. This means that the seller is covering the entire commission for both agents, and the buyer does not have to pay anything to their agent.
