The business was established in 2006 by the founder, Terence
Nicholson, and has grown since then by developing a network of
franchisees who each own their Lawnscience business operating
in their local community. We currently operate Lawnscience
franchised outlets in the following areas:

Lawnscience provides all the necessary services to create and
establish a quality lawn. Initially, we schedule a meeting with a
prospective customer in order that we can review the condition of
their lawn. During this review, we undertake several tests that
help us to understand the current standard of the lawn and also
learn about the condition of the soil underneath the lawn. We
explain the issues found and how they affect the health and
quality of the lawn. When we have a full understanding of the
lawn and what the customer wants to achieve we can then
prepare a detailed, costed, recommendation for the customer.
Depending upon the condition of the lawn we may just
recommend regular fertilisation and a weed control program.
However, if there are underlying issues we can help to alleviate
these by applying additional services such as aeration,
scarification, and over-seeding.
As well as providing an extensive range of lawn services,
Lawnscience also provides additional home and garden services
such as Wasp nest control, Patio cleaning and gutter cleaning.
