Born on the shores of the Mediterranean, when I arrived in Switzerland I missed the taste of the high quality olive oils I was used to. So I began my search for great olive oil producers and how to share this magnificent product in my new country.
Imported directly from the producers, all the olive oils in my selection are of the highest quality available.
Each harvest, I taste the new olive oils and select the ones I will sell during that season. I get to know the producers personally, the way they care for their olive groves, the way they harvest and produce the olive oil. This personal contact makes the difference because it allows me to propose fresh olive oils that have all the good properties, such as polyphenols, vitamins A and E and fatty acids.
The daily use of top quality EVOO improves the quality and taste of our dishes and gives them a healthy touch.
I want to promote good food, Mediterranean gastronomy and the culture of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
As an Olive Oil Sommelier, I regularly improve my knowledge to be able to offer you the best advice. Professional and certified knowledge is essential to better understand the individual needs of all my clients.
