LA NPDT started out as a student organization in 2014 when Konstantin Dolgan and Onega Ulanova began to pursue their dreams of getting their graduate degrees in Engineering at Louisiana Tech University. Upon arriving from Kazakhstan, they quickly met many passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated people who shared the same drive to make an impact. Leveraging their engineering education and business and management expertise, LA New Product Development Team was formed. Two years later, the organization evolved into a product development company with its first office opening in Shreveport, Louisiana on the 26th of September 2016. Since then, the team has been turning product ideas into reality on a daily basis!
