Krachttraining

Our goal is to provide you with the most useful information and keep you up-to-date with the latest developments in these fields.

One of the big strengths of strengthtraining.net is the in-house development of professional training, nutrition and supplement schedules. These schedules take into account your training level, how often you want to train per week, if you want to train in the gym or at home, and your age. We have created schemes for building muscle, gaining weight, losing weight fast, losing weight responsibly, growing a six pack, getting a beach body. But also for specific sports like soccer, basketball, running, swimming, cycling, field hockey, boxing, kickboxing, etc.

These schedules will take you by the hand week by week. They take into account whether to build up intensity and training volume quickly or slowly. The nature of the exercises are also tailored to your level.

Also, when you are not sure which fitness equipment or supplements are best for you, krachttraining.net provides good comparisons and advice in this.

About the founder

Patrick is a medical biologist, (sports) nutritionist, life coach, owner and editor-in-chief of krachttraining.net. All this was born out of passion for sports and health. From a scientific approach, Patrick has been writing and advising on these topics since 2009. Meanwhile, he has also helped and guided many people, from gaining weight to losing weight, reaching specific goals and helping them get a healthy lifestyle. You can rightly say that Patrick is a real Life coach, because he takes into account all aspects that can play a role in achieving your goals. So training, nutrition, rest, supplements and psychology.

He also experimented a lot on himself with specific diets and training programs. Thanks to this, years of experience writing sports/health blogs and coaching people, he knows by now what works and what doesn’t, and he’s happy to bring that knowledge to you.

Patrick takes on personal clients for Lifestyle Coaching or Personal training and also provides group classes. Good coaching is quite intensive and time consuming and he only wants to deliver top quality. If you are interested, check out our Personal Coaching page for more information.
