Our clinicians and administrative staff have been carefully selected to embody deeply respectful and compassionate values and as highly skilled professionals. We provide boutique-style care in a warm and cozy environment.
Our services include therapy for children, teens, and adults, including individual, couples, and family therapy. We also offer psychiatric evaluations for clients considering the use of psychiatric medications in their care. If they prefer, we can follow these clients for their long-term medication management. We also offer psychological and psychoeducational testing.
My husband and I are former Navy Mental Health Clinicians (Psychologist and Psychiatrist), and we lead the practice of 22 clinicians. We have been a valued resource in our community for nearly 20 years.
We give back through sponsorships of community groups and activities such as swim teams, school plays, 5Ks, and many others.
