Consistently selling over 50 homes a year, Kate’s strong work ethic, intense commitment to her clients and expert knowledge in her local real estate market have set her apart from her peers. In fact, in 2016 Kate was a recipient of the Long Island Board of Realtors 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate award.

Kate entered the real estate industry right after graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in psychology and a minor in history. After meeting the agents who were selling her mother’s home, Kate decided to get her license and give real estate a shot—and she’s never looked back.

A native and current resident of Suffolk County, Kate loves to sell homes where she loves to live. In her spare time she enjoys practicing yoga, horseback riding, skiing, and taking Peloton classes. She also has a Chihuahua named Mooch.
