Irish Fine Art Plasterwork Limited

Irish Fine Art Plasterwork was founded in 1988 by our founder Frank Newman in a small shed in Clonliffe road Dublin 3.
Frank was a lecturer in plasterwork in Bolton Street College in Dublin when he saw a niche in the market of plasterwork restoration.
The company now has a 6500 square feet showroom/workshop next to the famous Croke park stadium in Dublin 1.
We have the largest selection of bespoke mouldings in the country and have become the largest plaster restoration company in the Ireland.
While most of our work is in the Dublin and surrounding areas we also work countrywide and have exported abroad to numerous countries including,Russia,USA,U.A.E. Romania, France, Bulgaria ,Hungary ,Aruba, Antigua ,Greece,Italy and of course United Kingdom.
Most of our work is in the restoration of plasterwork to Georgian and Victorian buildings with an increasing amount of original ceilings being consolidated to retain there stability and fabric.
Irish Fine Art Plasterwork has perfected a method of consolidating ceilings using Frank Newmans wire and washer method and have saved well over a hundred listed ceilings using this method.
Also we have seen an increase in outside work using our glass reinforced cement material , which unlike timber will stand the test time against the Irish climate and all our products can be made using this.
We can also manufacture our products in Jesmomite which is a very flexible and robust product where versatility and strength is required.
We can also work with architects and designers to produce mouldings for projects from photographs or drawings.
The film studios also call on us for our expertise when required,
We have worked in most of the elite hotels including, the four seasons Hotel , the Merrion Hotel, The Westin Hotel , The Gresham Hotel, The Berkeley court Hotel
