We also specialise in the use of Insights Discovery and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) for helping individuals and teams understand themselves, understand others and enhance productivity. Most of our clients now prefer Insights Discovery as it uses the same Jungian dimensions of personality as Myers Briggs but because it uses the metaphor of colour to describe personality Insights Discovery is easier to understand and faster to embed. Insights Discovery also provides a personalised 20+ page profile for each participant together with a ‘team wheel’ analysis of the whole team.
