Inner Health Counselling and Support

We have a team of qualified Mental Health Social Workers, Psychologists, Counsellors and Nurses who work in our support work team. We are highly qualified and experienced in psycho-social, physical and intellectual disabilities support. We are able to effectively apply highly valued professional skills and experiences to hands on day to day support, which makes managing even the some of the most challenging behaviors much easier to manage and redirect.

Our team is quality focused, with highly personable staff working in the organisation. Our services include Therapeutic Supports, Community Access, In-home and SIL supports, Medium term accommodation with support, as well as Short term accommodation and support or respite. We are also always keen to work together with young participants who might be considering leaving home and looking to transition to 24/7 SIL arrangements or ILO options, taking into consideration their detailed needs and goals, then match them with the right and preferred living arrangements or source and establish new ones for them, whilst also working with them to establish a very strong, dependable and reliable team of staff.

Our founder is a Mental Health Specialist who has worked extensively across different continents of Africa, Europe and Australia, as well as in different states in Australia. She has worked in Disability, Welfare, Health and Justice Sectors. She is a mother and is very much family oriented and respectful of participants and their families or support networks. She holds a Masters Qualification is Social Work and also other qualifications including housing and welfare management.
