The idea for ImmuneSchein Ginger Elixirs was created from the herbal traditions my grandfather taught me in Germany as a child.

From this upbringing and a developed trust with nature, a product has evolved, inspired by my experiences and collaboration with the wonderful properties of foods as a day-to-day immune support to strengthen immunity naturally. Each one of ImmuneSchein’s Ginger Elixirs are handcrafted in small batches, and we take the most care in selecting, prepping, and bottling our products to ensure that our customers have the most pristine, pure, and natural elixir on the market.
We handcraft (in our own facility, not co-packed) all of our ginger elixirs only from food with no water, vinegar, additives powders or preservatives. We have won 4 Good Food Awards for our elixirs.
Our Classic Ginger Elixir, created with organic ginger root, organic lemon juice, and NYS wildflower honey (or maple syrup as a vegan option), is just the beginning. We offer nine other ginger elixirs which are extensions of the Classic by only adding one more ingredient. Our Facility, Process, & Environmental Approach
• We handcraft all our ginger elixirs exclusively in our own facility
• We compost 100% of our ingredient byproducts (~8,000 lbs. annually) and have 2 100% food waste free products with our Ginger Turmeric Scrolleez and our collaboration with Horseshoe Brand with our Korean Hot Sauce
• We minimize waste and recycle all recyclable items used in our process
• All our cups and serving utensils are 100% compostable
• All our ginger elixirs are packaged in reusable and recyclable glass bottles.
