Ive been blogging since 2012 and have had a variety of sites. But in my heart, I knew that I wanted to start another parenting blog. At the time, I set it up on blogspot to test the name without spending any money. Plus, I wanted to learn how to migrate a blogspot blog to Wordpress. So one night as I was laying in bed, the name Ice Cream n Sticky Fingers popped in my head. I was imagining a child eating an ice cream cone and as it was melting, the ice cream slowly trickled down the child’s hand creating sticky fingers. But just like a melted and messy ice cream cone, life has its was of creating “sticky messes” too. I created this blog because I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and helping parents find solutions to some of those sticky messes in life.
