The business is operated throughout Australia, with customer and franchisee support being provided by a local State Franchisor.
All franchisees receive comprehensive training in customer service and communication. In addition they are trained to carry out their service in an efficient and environmentally conscious way using the best of breed products and equipment.
In the case of our operators that carry out their work inside the customers home they are all required to hold an up to date Police Clearance along with $20 million Public Liability insurance.

Whilst technology has not greatly impacted our service offering, it has had a profound effect in the way we attract new clients and communicate with existing ones. Most of our clients now find us on-line and their expectations around speed of communication have changed significantly over the last ten years. They expect an almost instant response. In order to respond to these changes, we developed our own client management system that enables us to deliver enquiries to our franchisees in real time via an App. It does this by matching the service required and the location and notifies the nearest operator. As soon as the operator accepts the job the client receives notification along with their contact details. The operator is then able to either call or email the client directly through the app. The App also provides a location map for the client through a Google Maps plug in.
