helpmommy.com was created by our founder Dr. Cliff James, a board certified pediatrician, who noticed that most of the questions being asked by families were the same questions being asked by everyone, and that at least a third of the appointments weren't necessary - costing the families money they didn't need to spend.

He realized that video and a platform could work to answer those questions and alleviate the unneeded visits – saving his patients money and time, and reducing call volume to his clinics. He started addressing parenting questions, on health, vaccines, development stages, when to call a doctor, conditions, etc and curated a library of over 400 videos that help answer the common questions and give parents confidence in taking care of their kids.
