Handmade By Ange is run by Ange, an artisian, musician, motorbike rider and dog Mum with a passion for animals, creativity and the outdoors. I am happily married to the love of my life and together with our animals (two dogs, a cat, seven ducks, many tropical fish, a mob of Kangaroos that inhabit the back paddock and a family of magpies) we enjoy our beautiful property set in the bush in Chepstowe, country Victoria. I love nature and being out and about, that’s where my passion for dirt bikes comes from. There’s nothing else that can take you quite as far out of the way or make you feel quite so alive!

My aim is to offer you beautiful candles, soaps and homewares that are hand crafted from the finest ingredients while being 100% cruelty free, sustainable and ecologically friendly. I want you to know that what you are burning in your house or putting on your skin has been researched, tested and refined many times by me, and that I woud never sell you something that I wouldn’t be happy using in my own home or on my own skin.

My candles and melts are made from 100% pure soy wax with no additives, hardeners, phthalates or paraffin and are 100% vegan friendly. Soy wax has no animal based products in it and is biodegradable, sustainable and cleaner burning. I offer a range of soaps for all tastes, including vegan options, and I do not use palm oil in any of them. My soaps are SLS, paraben and paraffin free and made from sustainably sourced ingredients. All my packaging is either reused by me from items I receive or is able to be reused by you, including my candle jars. The only barrier to what you can do with them is your imagination!! My homeware substrates, inks and printers are all sourced from businesses within Australia, I do my best to support Australian made and small businesses like mine.

My customers are my top priority and through my products I work hard towards building long-lasting and meaningful relationships with you.
