Habibi Bear dogs are non-shedding and allergy-friendly, and come in a wide variety of coat colors and three sizes.
In order for Habibi Bear dogs to be more than just furry and cuddly pets, Julie and her dedicated team remain committed to her original vision of producing and curating their hybrid, hypoallergenic puppies in an intimate, cozy family setting. Thirty years ago, Julie recognized that there was a huge need for young children with Autism or Down Syndrome to be able to benefit from the help that her Habibi Bear service dogs could provide. From the time Habibi Bear puppies are born, until they go to their forever homes, these joy-filled little Habibi Bears know nothing but loving care. This consistent loving care and structure allows the temperament and natural ability to flourish and shine, which makes evaluation easy, and gives the best match for homes needing service dogs for autism, diabetic alert or therapy dogs.
It is Julie’s passion and commitment to provide life-giving assistance to those in need of quality service dogs that led her to establish the Habibi Bear Family Brands, a complete resource to furnish “purpose bred dogs for a purpose led life.” The Habibi Bear Family brand is three-fold and consists of providing their own Habibi Bear puppy breed, the education for their service dog Habibi Bear puppies through the Pup Academy, and the Hannah’s Heart Foundation, which grants a way for those who need a Habibi Bear service dog puppy to receive one and an avenue for others to support the movement and pay it forward.
In addition, Pup Academy provides basic and continuing dog education, positive reinforcement training support, and advanced puppy curriculum available to all families who have been fortunate enough to purchase a Habibi Bear puppy. Lifetime support and continued mentoring is just one of the ways that through continued education, the bonds between owner and a Habibi Bear service dog can expand and the love can deepen, leading to happier, healthier lives for all involved.
