Green cheeks was launched towards the end of 2020, an idea born during the pandemic lockdowns and inspired by the owner Liannes own experience using cloth nappies on her own son.

She wanted to create a product that seemed to fill a gap, cloth nappies that were as easy to use as a disposable version, but super absorbent while being affordable.
So we choose to use hemp as the absorbent fabric, which ordinarily would carry a high price premium. Easy to use hook and loop fastening. Prices starting under £10. All while being super cute, with many designs created by UK artists.
We’ve gone on to add a superior overnight nappy, matching clothing and accessories plus storage bags for wet or dry nappies. In fact wet or dry anything really. Great for after swimming.
Two years later and we continue to grow but remain a super small business, this is operated from home around the family.
