We supply a wide range of consumables and equipment including laboratory consumables and equipment to schools, universities research and development, to name a few.
Originally our main focus was on hotels and restaurants then unfortunately over COVID a lot of hotels and restaurants closed prompting us to turn to other markets therefore we started supplying laboratories and other similar organisations.
We also supply high purity distilled water for use in laboratories, health care and cleaning.
Our distilled water is manufactured to the highest standard using a specially designed process with specialist equipment to ensure the base product is produced at the highest standard. A continuous pressure output system to minimise the chances of contaminants entering the system and simultaneously improving the output quality and reducing the energy required.
The feed water supply comes from a safe mains source before being put through a multistage filtration and finally moving on to the distillation stage.
In addition to routine maintenance, samples are taken at regular intervals from different stages in the process to ensure each stage is working correctly. If the tests do not meet the required standard an investigation is carried out to establish the cause and resolution. If the output does not meet requirements it is isolated and disposed of.
We cannot disclose our exact process but we can say the final stage is distillation, although not technically the correct term some people call the process we use steam distillation, the water is maintained at just above boiling temperature at standard atmospheric pressure then the vapour is re-condensed back to liquid.
