Since 2000, our 96 COE fusible glass product lines are Specialty Sheet Glasses and Accessory Glass Components like Confetti Glass Shards, Precut Glass Shapes, and Wafers, and traditional Glass Frit, Noodles and Stringers, and Pebbles.
We are also a Supplier of Fusing Supplies, Kiln Accessories, and Stained Glass Supplies. Our In-house Fused Glass Decals: Fine Line Design Fused Glass Decals plus over 300 other decals to choose from for Glass and Ceramic Applications.
When Spectrum Glass and Uroboros Glass Studios were purchased by Oceanside Glass we saw there would be a need to keep many of the beloved Uroboros Specialty glass and Accessory Glass products lines alive. So we set out to become the new mini version of Uroboros Glass Studios scaled down to just COE 96 Glass products. Making reproductions using whatever base glass we could get from the 96 Glass Distributors during the transition time that Oceanside Glass would need to build a new plant, train new staff, and implement a single ribbon production line using the Spectrum Glass formulas.
In order to take on glass manufacturing, we supplemented our staff by supporting blown glass artists in our local community and creatively reinventing kiln production methods and some unique glass torching techniques. The result is an extensive line of Confetti Glass matched to the colors available in the sheet glass product lines of Oceanside Glass compatibles, a line of mixed colors, and a reproduction of the most popular Mardi Gras and Collage glass originally offered by Uroboros Glass Studios.
In order to keep offering a wide variety of Fusing Supplies and Accessory Glass, we started sourcing our own raw materials and daily consumable products needed to create fused glass. This led us thru a new glass fusing journey. The first of which was how can we offer those colors that are hard to get once Uroboros closed down manufacturing. Think Pink glass was our first challenge. We now offer a full line of COE 96 Pink Glass Frit and Glass Powders and we threw in Lavender as a color offering too! Since then, URO by YOUGH, the Youghiogheny Glass manufacturer has brought back Pink Opal Sheet Glass and Urobidium Pink Transparent Sheet Glass, Thank goodness! As you can imagine we brought back Pink Pebbles in two sizes for all your fused glass designs and fused glass jewelry creations!
The bottom line for Go Fusing, we will continue to manufacture unique fusible Art Glass and hopefully inspire Glass artists to take their art to a new level of creativeness!
