The business was formed by lifetime performing guitarist and author Chris Cotter in 2012 upon moving back to New York State After playing, performing and teaching in many cities on the east coast of the United states.
Many teachers only focus on information, using step by step, one page at a time linear learning models. these are not very effective and can cause much frustration overwhelm and burnout for aspiring Guitarists.
At Guitar lessons Jamestown the student gets not only information and “stuff to do”, but also a trainer and coach to assist the student in applying and unifying their skills into a cohesive whole. We cover not only the musical side, but also the mental and physical aspects of being a complete musician.
