I have always been motivated by my love for God and people. Since I was a little girl I realized, (the age of 7 to be exact) that helping people is what I wanted to do. At one point in my life, I thought I lost my purpose as I dreamed of working in the medical field as a doctor and because of my life’s circumstances, I saw that dream slip through my fingers. I equated helping others solely to sickly patients. I felt lost and hopeless. I felt the time go by and it was painful. One day in prayer I asked God to please change my perspective and help me find joy in all that I do, and He did just that. I went from working in a law firm and saw the power of love and helping people there. Then I went to working in Cancer Research and saw the power of love and connection there as well. I saw God teaching me that my purpose was so multifaceted and not defined by the world and even my own thoughts. I soon learned that I do not need to be in a hospital in scrubs or in a medical office working as a primary physician or director of some kind. My purpose was not confined, it was much greater than I imagined.
That is when I founded Galilee Life, LLC as a Christian Marketplace platform that fully launched in early 2018. With a focus on building long-lasting connections between businesses and people of all backgrounds around the world. By doing this, the company provides users with a platform to reach their full potential all while connecting buyers and sellers from diverse walks of life. From providing individuals battling cancer the ability to find hope in something they love like knitting, to hobbyists that enjoy the love of thrifting and selling their unique finds online to help support their families. As the Founder of Galilee Life, I have utilized my leadership skills, alongside my team, to provide small business owners with the ability to expand their online presence, to become financially sustainable, and to leave a mark not only in the light of business, but also in people’s hearts. Galilee Life’s primary goal is to empower and equip our vendors by reminding them that when God is the Head of their businesses, true success will inevitably be attained. The company also showcases merchandise of its own brand (“Galilee Life Boutique”) with motivational and inspirational messages. We have created an environment where both customers and vendors experience the love of God every day.
