In March, 2023, retired Oklahoma elementary school teacher, Randy Birr, was disappointed in the global weather and how it was affecting flamingo habitats. So Randy, and his wife Kathy, decided to create Flamingo Power and give ten percent (10%) of their quarterly sales revenue to the Tulsa Zoo, Fort Worth Zoo, and the Key West Butterfly & Nature Conservatory – home of resident flamingo’s Rhett and Scarlett. That way those organizations could help increase knowledge about how all of us can help flamingos worldwide.

The other nice thing is that my wife and I own this business. My wife is the majority owner so that means we are a woman owned business. That is super important to both of us because in the world today, women are poorly treated. By being a woman owned business we empower ALL women worldwide!

Not only that but we are a certified small business by the Supplier Gateway. A national company that recognizes small businesses, and woman owned businesses.
