In a world brimming with throw-away culture, where fashion is often seen as temporary and disposable, we present a revolutionary alternative: the world of second-hand clothing. And we want to tap into that movement and customers.

I am the founder of the business and started it about 12 months ago. I do not want to be the face of the company but rather have the business ethos be at forefront. As a women in her 50’s I reminisced about the fire and individuality I had in my earlier years. I used to love op shopping and creating my own unique style. I lost that thru life’s knocks and kicks and wondered about getting my mojo back! I knew there would be other women out there feeling as I did and I wanted to tap into that – find my mojo and find a community. When researching online secondhand clothing and accessories I saw that most business focused on women’s apparel only so wanted to offer more. That why encore caters for women, men and children. I want to create an inclusive space online in our catalogues and as the business grows, in our culture. Encore is focused on offering an alternative to fast fashion and giving our customers the skills and security to find their mojo and help the planet.
