Comedian and activist Chelsea Handler once said “you do not own a dog. You have a dog. And the dog has you.” Until 13 years ago, I would’ve said that statement was a little bonkers. After all, I was a signed-up, card-carrying, cat person – no ifs, ands or buts. Then Angus came into my life. As you can see from the pic, I was a goner. I mean, c’mon who wouldn’t fall head over heels with that sweet little face.
