EDC STUDIO LATIN DANCE

Sydney Espinoza began to dance at the early age of three. She left and came back to dance throughout her childhood, and only started to seriously train in her teen years when she enrolled at Shelley’s Dance studio and studied ballet, lyrical and contemporary dance.

In 2013, Sydney began training in the Latin dance genre, specifically Salsa On 2 and Bachata. Sydney’s dance journey has led her throughout North America to train and compete in salsa and bachata at two of the largest Latin dance competitions, the World Latin Dance Cup and World Salsa Summit.

Sydney loves to learn, teach, create and choreograph. She loves to combine different genres in one choreography and draws on her Contemporary/ Latin training when creating her Fusion Teams.

Our Group Bachata and Salsa classes are structured, progressive, and have been designed to give you the confidence to take your first steps in a fun-filled supportive, and encouraging atmosphere. Our group classes are a great place to get your feet wet while meeting new people. Bachata and Salsa Group classes start every month!
