The CertTESOL and CertPT open more doors to English teaching jobs with schools and the British Council. The British Council is an international organisation with schools and offices in over 109 countries offering good pay and conditions. The Trinity CertTESOL is one of two TEFL certificates automatically accepted by the British Council; no questions asked. The British Council only hires teachers with an acceptable certificate. Almost any country you want to teach in will have a British Council school. Many language schools use British Council standards when they hire teachers.
