My personal journey moving across the world inspired me to create a relocation service for those that are moving to Perth Western Australia, that goes beyond the ordinary – one that’s warm, friendly, and tailored for the individual or family. I believe that moving should be more than just logistics; it should be a personalised and stress-free adventure with the person at the forefront. When we moved to Australia our relocation agent was about the numbers. They delivered only what they were paid to do and had no personal impact or real desire to help us. It left us feeling exasperated and unsure about what was going which when you are moving internationally is not what you need. I decided there and then that we would ensure that our relocation business would do better. I set about researching Perth from top to bottom and understanding what all the different suburbs had to offer, talking to the locals and networking with the real estate agents across the city. I soon discovered that most relocation agents just offered the same old packaged services with very little room for movement. Talking to other expats I realised this is not what most of them wanted. They wanted and needed someone to listen to them, to understand what they needed, and turn that into an offering that they could use and importantly what they could afford. You would not believe some of the hidden costs that some of the expats came across once they had agreed to work with a relocation agent. With that background work done I started to think about what offering I could give that would be unique but importantly what people needed. I found E-sterlingservices based on the premise that, yes, we still offer the packaged services, albeit at a greatly reduced price, but importantly we pride ourselves on listening to our clients and tailoring our service to what they need. I set about building a team who are great at service. Not real estate agents but actual people who are good at listening and working with clients. We have an inbuilt and learnt knowledge of Perth, Western Australia and can leverage that to ensure we support our clients to find the perfect home when relocating to Perth whether that homes by the beach, in the Central Business District or the family friendly South Perth areas.
