##Solving your FCA/PRA Reporting needs*

In September’23, the Financial Services financial regulators set out proposals to “boost diversity and inclusion to support healthy work cultures, reduce groupthink and unlock talent”.

This will involve organisations running a Diversity & Inclusion Survey containing certain pre-defined characteristics, then reporting and disclosing that data.
