Main Services
Decision Digital is an Atlanta-based technology company that has been operating since 1997 — a long time in an industry where most firms haven’t been around a decade. We started as a managed IT services provider and we still are one, handling the day-to-day technology that businesses depend on but would rather not think about. That means keeping systems secure, keeping people productive, and making sure that when something breaks, someone who actually knows the environment picks up the phone. We work both as a fully managed IT department for companies that don’t have one, and alongside internal IT teams that need extra capacity, deeper expertise, or coverage they can’t staff on their own.
What sets us apart is that we’ve grown into something most MSPs aren’t. Alongside the managed IT work, we built a consulting practice that serves other MSPs — the same kind of company we are. Most of that work centers on ConnectWise, the platform a large share of the industry runs its operations on. Here’s the thing about ConnectWise: most environments don’t get built so much as they evolve. Workflows get layered on top of each other, data standards drift, integrations accumulate, and eventually the system quietly stops reflecting how the business actually runs. That gap costs real money — revenue that was earned and logged but never collected, agreements running on discounts nobody remembers approving, time that never gets billed. We come in as operators who’ve lived in that platform for nearly three decades and help other companies get it back in shape: assessments that show exactly where they’re losing time and money, clean data migrations when they’re switching systems or merging after an acquisition, workflow automation, and increasingly, getting their data ready so that AI can actually be useful rather than just amplifying existing problems.
That operator background is the entire point of how we work. We’re not consultants who read the documentation and show up with a checklist. We’ve run service boards, managed agreements, dealt with billing gaps, and survived migrations that had to work in production and not just on paper. When we sit down with another company’s data, we read it the way someone who has been in the trenches reads it — we know what “good” looks like, what drift looks like, and what the gap between the two is costing. That perspective is difficult to fake, and it’s a big part of why ConnectWise itself refers business our way, and why we’ve earned their WISE Award multiple times, along with being named a Top 20 MSP by ChannelPro.
A few things worth knowing about how we operate. We’re a human-led, AI-powered company, and we mean that specifically: we use technology to go deeper and move faster, but the judgment behind the work comes from people who have done it for real. Every assessment, migration, and recommendation has a person’s name on it — not a tool’s. Our founder built this company on the belief that technology should make a business run better, not add another thing to worry about, and that principle has held steady since 1997 through every shift the industry has thrown at us — cloud, security, and now AI.
Today we serve two audiences. Growth-driven businesses come to us for managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and Azure services — the full stack of what a modern company needs to run securely and reliably without building an in-house IT department. And the MSP and MSSP community comes to us for consulting: ConnectWise optimization, data migration and merging, automation, and AI enablement. We do all of it from our home base in the Atlanta metro, though our consulting work reaches MSPs well beyond Georgia.
If there’s a single thread running through everything we do, it’s that we’ve actually been in your seat. We’ve run the service desk. We’ve felt the pain of a messy PSA and a report we couldn’t trust. We’ve made the hard calls about what to automate and what to leave alone. That lived experience is what our clients are really buying — not a vendor reading from a script, but a partner who has done the work and knows where it breaks. Nearly thirty years in, that’s still what gets us up in the morning, and it’s what we bring to every business and every MSP we work with.
