Our Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes greatly enhance your skills by providing focus on striking and grappling. Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes also prepare you for competition for those with interest. Those with the skill and desire can achieve invitation to the MMA program.
