Coworking Inspira

Our vision was to create a coworking space with green designs that would allow people to work calmly and quietly. Nature inspires us as a concept, our Coworking offices offer a pleasant, innovative and environmentally conscious environment. Our shared spaces mean less electricity, we use natural ambient light and LED lamps that save energy, reduce CO2 emissions and reduce eye strain.

Our first coworking space was established in the Belén Malibú neighborhood, a strategic place in the city of Medellín, since it is close to the Fatima metroplus station, the Unicentro shopping center and the Belén sports unit. This first headquarters of Coworking Inspira is a very cozy coworking house, full of plants to work with and each of its spaces has the name of native Colombian plants. Among the services offered by coworking are work plans in a coworking space to work by the hour, day and packages of 30, 50 and 100 hours. We also have a meeting room for rent to hold your meetings professionally with capacity for 8 people, air conditioning, projection screen, acrylic board and fiber optic internet.
Additionally, in this headquarters there are 8 private offices for rent with different capacities ranging from 1 person to 7 people to give a total capacity of 40 jobs. These private offices are rented by the hour, day and month. We give you excellent services with these offices such as high-speed internet, unlimited coffee, desk and ergonomic chair, printing, cleaning service, video surveillance and coworking access cards.

In 2022 we inaugurated our second Coworking Inspira headquarters in the Laureles neighborhood of Medellín, on Nutibara avenue next to Pepe Ganga and the D1 supermarket. This second headquarters is located in one of the most cosmopolitan areas of Medellín. It is a headquarters overloaded with better and more extensive coworking services. This headquarters is three times the size of the Belén Malibu headquarters. It has around 20 workstations in a flexible area, telephone booths and spectacular green designs.
This second headquarters also has great meeting spaces, with a formal meeting room and a multipurpose flexible room for different types of events, including (psychological therapies, training, meetings, among other purposes).

We have a spectacular auditorium with capacity for 60 people with the following services:
• Projection screen of 100 inches.
• Air-conditioning
• Sound amplification.
• Coffee Station
• High speed Internet.
• Different furniture configurations available according to customer requirements.

This coworking headquarters in Laureles has 8 private offices with capacities from three people to 20 people. We use an internet connection of 1000 megabytes and 500 megabytes of upload and backup internet.

Additionally, we have business tickets for those clients who handle hybrid work models, you can buy tickets of 20, 50 and 100 days. These ticket holders allow you to work as often as you want with your group of employees and access different coworking spaces.
