Our Story

I started off my career after college as an engineer. Actually, I’m still a licensed professional engineer. After 16 years of a high stress job, I was ready for a change. A couple of years prior to making the switch my wife Lily got her real estate license. Then I joined her to help her out. After completing my last 98 Million dollar project I decided to give real estate a try full time. It turned out to be the best move of my life.

My team is my family and we have called Cooper City our home for over 20 years. My wife, Lily, and my kids are what make me love helping buyers and sellers. They are at every one of our open houses ready to man their post. We live in Cooper City, hence the name Cooper City Realty, which is right smack in the middle of the southwest Broward area that we service. I can’t ask for a better job, were I get to spend time with my family and do something I deeply enjoy.

What I Love About this Job

After learning the ropes, and there’s a lot of rope to learn, I realized my past experience in the engineering field positioned me perfectly for reading and understanding contracts and negotiating deals. Two of the most important things a real estate agent should know how to do well.

I’ve also always loved marketing. Listing and selling homes is the perfect outlet for me to show off my marketing skills. This second career has allowed me to create an aggressive marketing approach to selling homes that far exceed what other agents do and has been proven to work over and over.

I truly enjoy meeting a client for the first time and going on that transactional journey and ending with a happy customer and often a friend.
