FIXED-FEE LEGAL SERVICES
We offer a range of fixed-fee legal services. In other words, we cap our legal fees to that amount to give you certainty about the expected legal fees. That ensures transparency, honesty, and no surprises.
PAY AS YOU GO
In more complex cases, such as property and parenting disputes that need to be litigated in the Family Court, property settlements that involve high-net-worth parties, corporations, and trusts, or binding financial agreements, we provide services on a pay-as-you-go basis where you pay for the time spent on your matter.
We will provide you with written estimates of our fees. For services paid at hourly rates, we will endeavor to estimate required hours as precisely as practically possible.
You will know from the start of the stages of work involved, and the time and fee estimates required to complete each segment of work in your case. The major factors which will affect the estimates are the time it may take to obtain instructions; time it may take to prepare your appropriate documents; time it may take to negotiate with the other party’s lawyer; the extent of the other party’s documents; the attitude and level of co-operation of the other party; delays in the court system resulting in adjournments.
