Our first service, mystery shopping, gave us access to thousands of contracted mystery shoppers in the US and Canada.

And as social platforms and online customer reviews grew, we introduced a social media monitoring tool so clients can quickly reply to reviews on the fly or with templated responses. Our tool includes sentiment analysis using AI and assigns scores to unrated text (like tweets and Instagram posts) so metrics can be tracked.

All insights from various modalities – mystery shopping, mystery telephone calls, focus groups, customer surveys and social media – roll up neatly into our reporting platform. Clients can monitor mystery shopping, compliance audits and social listening from one dashboard.

Confero offers a suite of reward and loyalty gift cards, so clients can use mystery shopping operational insights to incentivize and reward employees. Confero sources and fulfills cards in person, via email, or via text.Clients may choose Amazon cards, Visa cards, movie passes or cash to reward deserving employees.

Founded in 1986, Confero celebrates its anniversary each year by giving back to the community. In 2023, Confero’s 37th year, Confero will support 37 different charities recommended by clients, employees and mystery shoppers.
