Concierge Medical

Our philosophy is a simple one: to provide the very best possible private healthcare to our members available in the UK.

Concierge Medical started in 2013, and has grown year on year by over 30% pa, building a sustainable business with a current turnover of over £2m and a net profit of over £300k (always reinvested into the Practice). We now have a team of 12 doctors, 2 nurses and 14 practice staff. All of our staff (clinical and non clinical) are valued employees of the Practice. All but one of our doctors are full time – we never use agency or locum doctors. We do not do any NHS work, and never have – we are a purely private practice seeking to offer our members a genuine 100% completely private alternative to the NHS. In addition to our routine hours, we run a private Out of Hours service for our members, ensuring that they always have easy access to urgent medical support when needed.

We have stayed true to our vision of developing a traditional general practice for our members, with an unwavering focus on quick and accurate diagnosis and rapid implementation of an effective treatment plan. Our team has unparalleled expertise in safely diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions at home. Our doctors will diagnose and treat whatever they feel is safe to diagnose and treat at home. Where our patients need to see specialists, we have an excellent network of high quality secondary care consultants, allied health professionals and private hospitals with whom we have a personal relationship and who we trust to look after our patients.

We have built the Practice on our own, through focus, determination and hard work. We have triumphed through several setbacks and kept going. We are not a technology company seeking to provide online consultations with the backing of investment money – we are a traditional family GP Practice.
