I’m a freelance B2B content writer and communication consultant who helps busy professionals communicate better.

With a 20-year corporate career spanning marketing communication, internal communication, change communication and media relations, backed up by a Bachelor of Communication, I’ve spewed out gazillions of articles, comms plans, emails, newsletters, presentations and media releases.

Writing has always been at the core of my work, and I love it. I created Composed Communication so I could do more of it.

I began in an enthused fluster, putting my hand up for every bit of writing work I could find. But as the dust settled, I realised I do my best and happiest work when I’m working with bloody good people, doing bloody good things. So now I do just that.

I write content for smart, ethical businesses looking to maximise their digital footprint. I develop communication strategies, tone of voice guidelines, key messages and content plans to manage purposeful change, launch campaigns, engage employees and promote events.
