With a history that is not nice to talk about, Ellie decided enough was enough! She would no longer sit back and let life destroy her and her future. CLP was started with the Idea of affordable marketing for small businesses but is growing to help bigger enterprises too.

The drive comes from not wanting to struggle to survive in life anymore, so she combined her passion for photography and used her creativity to build a business. Offering content creation for social media and building websites for clients to provide a comprehensive marketing solution for small to medium-sized companies.

CLP services are the ideal solution for businesses that don’t have the time to sit and work out how to post effectively on social media or maintain a website. We work with a Professional copywriter and a Developer and recently joined forces with an SEO & Data specialist.

Ellie’s caring nature means she is not your typical marketer or cutthroat salesperson and is genuinely there for her clients. While based in Collie, a beautiful town located in the bush by a magnificent river that sparks Ellie’s creative side, she works from Perth to Margaret River.

How CLP Started: She worked for nine days straight on a physical job with a broken back. Not realising how much damage had been done in a fall, Ellie jumped up and returned to work. While flying home, the pain became so severe that she was rushed to the hospital, where she was told she had two crushed vertebrae and herniated discs.

After that, Ellie suffered significant depression and lost all her drive; she was told she wouldn’t work again, and wouldn’t ride again, so what was left? After attempting suicide in 2015 but surviving due to her very clever dog Monty. Ellie decided to find something to get her out of bed every day! That sitting around feeling sorry for herself wasn’t going to cut it!

Ellie’s dad asked her to take some photos to post on social media! So that is what she did! She bought a new digital camera; the film camera wouldn’t cut it. After getting some great results, Social Media became Ellie’s obsession, learning and testing and trialling!

People started to ask Ellie’s dad about his social media and who was doing it, so the referrals began flooding in.

Ellie had not owned a business before and wanted to learn more, so she completed a government-funded training course to start and build her own business. Out of that group of people who did the study, Ellie was the only one that created a thriving business.

Fast forward to 2022, Ellie has found her home, her passion and best of all, she has a drive and passion for life and helping people with mental health issues in her spare time. She uses her skills as a digital marketer to raise awareness and show that there is light on the other side of the dark tunnel that people might feel trapped in.
