Clear Wax Solutions was formed to provide ear irrigation services, formerly known as ear syringing in the comfort of people’s homes – i.e. we come to them in the comfort and safety of their own location, removing the need for time-consuming clinic visits.
Not only covering homes, businesses, and care homes across Plymouth and the surrounding areas, we offer convenient appointments throughout the week. These can be booked via telephone, email or convenient online booking which shows availability allowing the client to book a time convenient for them.
As the owner of the business, Steve prides himself in offering a tailored, friendly, personal service whilst only charging for the services delivered, with no minimum charges. Services can be paid for by cash, debit or credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
Steve at Clear Wax Solutions is specifically trained in ear irrigation by one of the leading UK health care providers, with thousands of successful procedures, we remove ear wax using the latest pulsatile electronic ear irrigation machines as approved by NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) and not a syringe.
At the appointment, we first look at your medical history regarding your ears, then conduct a thorough health check and examination of your ears, and then if required, use the latest electronic irrigation machines to provide quick, safe, painless, and effective ear wax removal. If either before or during the procedure, we observe any abnormalities we will give our professional advice on whether you should seek further investigation from either a GP or an Audiologist.
After ear wax removal we will discuss a tailored maintenance regime on how to help prevent wax buildup and advise on maintenance olive oil sprays such as Earol, which are available to purchase.
As a responsible healthcare provider, we attend your appointment with the appropriate PPE, and we are fully insured to provide this service in the comfort of your home.
