In addition CIW provide an alternative to concrete mud blinders,Pur-X Blinder and has gained huge traction on construction sites; our engineer saw the advantages of using existing sand to reduce cost of excavation / bulkout. As a concrete blinder typically is around 75mm,this extra material needs to be removed to place the concrete, with Pur-X Blinder this layer remains and system consolidates this to form a chemical blinding layer / working platform with high tensile and permeability mitigating characteristics. This reduced excavation and disposal and allowed us to install a high strength rapid curing chemical blinding substrate. Our bentonite membrane is then applied as a same day installation with all the programming and direct cost / time / strategic advantages that the Pur-X Blinder multi-layer system generates.
